Mukhrino FS manual weather station

A Russian Hydro-Meteorological station was installed in Mukhrino in 2012 to start manual observations according to Russian HM monitoring standards. There were a few years series observations measured, but then it was dropped in favor of Automatic weather complexes. The site is still in use to measure snow precipitation manually as well as location of some automatic loggers in a shield.
