Abstract
Data were collected at different type specific sites situated at upper, middle and low part of the Mesta River. Physicochemical data (oxygen concentration, water temperature, pH, conductivity and biogens) were taken during 2012. At that time were collected macrophytes, macrozoobenthos, phytobenthos and fishes samples.
