Method Description
Air pollution monitoring is carried out at the European Monitoring and Evaluation Programme (EMEP) station Zöbelboden, which is situated on a clearing area at the plateau (899 m a.s.l.) of the Long-term Ecosystem Research (LTER) site, Zöbelboden, Austria. The air quality station was established in 1995 in the background area of the Reichraminger Hintergebirge to measure effects of long-range air pollutants in the absence of local pollution sources.
