Method Description
The soil samples were collected using soil core sampler from the upper 30 cm. For microbiological analysis the samples were collected aseptically from the upper 30 cm using a hand shovel, taken to the laboratory on the same day and stored at 4°C. For microbiological analysis before the analysis, soil samples were sieved with a 2mm sieve.
